CUSTOMER CARE
Have you ever wondered why your KNORK Flatware is so much heavier, heftier, and feels SO great in your hands? KNORK pieces are hand forged, rather than stamped, so each one is made from a single bar of stainless steel, and hand crafted using a 26 step process. With this many steps and variables involved in production, there's always the potential for a human error in the manufacturing or q/a process. With stainless steel in general, regardless of production technique, there are variables that can just irritate and make it seem a little temperamental - your water's mineral content and quality, the type of dishwasher, kind of detergent, etc. With many years of research and personal use, 99% of the time we can identify the irritant, provide info on how to restore pieces, and advise on how to avoid any future problems.
Feel free to reach out to our customer care team for care advice, material or product questions, and our best tips and tricks on the best products and processes that will help you get the most out of your Knork products!
